By accessing or using our website (expressolaundry.com), mobile applications (Android or iOS), or any related communication services (including WhatsApp and email notifications), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

3. Services Offered

Expresso provides laundry, ironing, dry cleaning, wash & fold, and delivery services ("Services") through its website and mobile applications. Additionally, we provide digital communication services such as WhatsApp and Email for order updates, confirmations and promotions. We may modify, add, or discontinue services at our discretion.

5. Service Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed through the Expresso app or website. Prices for services are displayed before order confirmation and may vary by location or service type. Payments can be made using authorized payment methods such as UPI, cards, wallets, or net banking via our partner Razorpay Software Limited. We do not store payment card details, UPI PINs, or similar credentials. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed per our refund policy.

6. Communications & Consent

By creating an account or using our services, you consent to receive communications via WhatsApp (for order-related notifications) and Email (for receipts and promotions). You may withdraw consent by replying "STOP" to WhatsApp messages, clicking "Unsubscribe" in emails, or contacting our Grievance Officer. Disabling communications may affect receipt of service updates.

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or interfere with our systems. Termination may result in account deactivation and deletion of non-essential data as per our Privacy Policy.

All trademarks, logos, software, designs and content on our platforms are the intellectual property of Expresso Life Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any part of our platform without written permission.

11. Refunds, Cancellations & Complaints

Refunds are governed by our refund policy and may take up to 7–10 working days. Order cancellations are accepted within the time frame specified in the app. For complaints, please contact Customer Support or the Grievance Officer for escalation.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
